I found out what was wrong with my brakes today. I have a hole in one of the lines. I need to get new lines and autozone and orieleys both want like 25 bux for just the drivers side. I wanted to know how much the steel braided lines were and where to get them.

Steel braided lines cost like $129 fro both front and rear. I think inlinefour.com have some.

I installed a set of Russels SS lines this last weekend. nice upgrade, all though 125% more $$ plus a wait to get them may not be worth it to you...

Prices are consistant with the above, about 125. Tirerack.com is where I purchased mine.

You will see a noted improvement in pedal feel with the braided steel line. Its hard to believe how much flex there is in the rubber lines.
