CEL22 - VTEC oil pressure switch

JDM ECUs do not have the hardware to see the oil pressure switch.
You will always have that CEL until you disable the code in the chip.

Where did you get the chip? (what program is it made in?)
did it come with the ECU?

erff, those chips are crap.

http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcart/phearablenet-custom-obd1-eprom-chip-basemap-p-60.html

or

http://www.xenocron.com/basemap-chip-xenocron-custom-p-279.html

or

find a local tuner and have them make you one.
(post what area you live in and I may be able to make a recommendation)

best

find your local tuner and have them make a basemap, and set up a tuning session. You'd be shocked to see what a difference tuning makes. Even a quick street tune with a wideband makes a huge difference.

check out http://www.elevationauto.com, they are about 3 hours south of you, but that's about the closest I can find right now.

There tend to be individuals that do street tunes that are not listed anywhere, asking around at local shops will point you in the right direction.
