I can't pass emissions because my car is throwing codes P0130 (02 sensor Circuit Low voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1) and P0133 02 Sensor Circuit Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 1). What does that mean? Can I just change out the o2 and the code will go away, is it just a bad o2. What do I have to do? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

wiggle the wires, unplug-replug the connectors, clear the codes, if they come back replace the O2.

is it possible to pass emission because after I reset the ecu the check goes away for awhile then comes back. Do you guys think that they can detect the car throwing a code if the check light isn't on for the moment?

an OBD2 ECU keeps track of how long it's been since it was rest. Usually it's 2-5 cycles with a cold-->operating temp operation before a test station will pass you.

your right, luckily the dumb lane operator didn't know what she was doing so they let me pass. I reseted the ecu right before I got there, but they did know that the ecu was just reset because all the systems weren't ready. Thanks for your help guys
