What are the exact sizes for the front speakers

stock i believe is 5.25. but you can fit some 6.5 in there (not all, some are too long and will get hit by the window) but i am using a set of 6.5 pioneers w/ no problem

hmmmm Confused the front speakers i pulled outta my 95 cx were 6.5's?? and they were stock ones too. My clarions work fine, no hitting anything, just had to trim the speaker bucket for the magnet

Depends on the trim level and options. Not sure what came with what but it's either 5.25 or 6.5

The factory pods are set up to mount either set and as mentioned with 6.5 and even some aftermarket 5.25's the back of the pod may have to be trimmed out/removed.

it's a 6.5, dont use to big of a speaker i.e. a rockford and you'll be fine.

Mine was a 6.5 and thats what I have in there. Just had to trim the backing a lil.

Very true, the Rockford speakers are made alittle big and I had to use a 1/2" spacer to keep the magnet from hitting the window when I rolled it down. Everything works fine now with the spacer.
