My motor has aquired some new bling!!! I fear that it may be a ricer addition as it will probably make my car slower. I really like the looks of it though, and it will help me down the road when i get hungry for more power.

Wiring is almost done. Got the front crossmember clearanced and put the header on. Picked up my axles today.

Things left to do:

Fuel pump, exhaust, battery relocation, brake/spindle swap.

Should be able to get most of that done tomorrow hopefully Very Happy

Well everything is bolted in. I cant get it to start yet but havent really had time to troubleshoot it because i keep blowing the fuses on my battery. I was only able to pick up 60A fuses and they are not big enough. The motor cranks over a couple of times then backfires, but that is it. No CEL.

so that's the easiest way to have more room inside the hatch when you need to do something... just take out the front seats. Laughing

Well things have been kind of on a hold because ... well i couldnt get the motor to start.

This turned out to be the culprit.

Which in turn caused ... this...

I was like screw it .. i have enough motors laying around .. so i decided today to put something else in the car.

I put this together tonight.

Got it in the car and running!!!

It has been a while since this car had a running motor in it. Tomorrow i plan to put the axles and radiator in and give it a test run. I need to do alot of tuning to the ecu.. and more importantly .. put a rev limiter on it hahah. Very Happy
